CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. Please review the following terms that apply to all purchases made through our store.

Order Cancellation

To ensure fast production, all orders are automatically sent into processing shortly after being placed.

You may request to cancel or modify your order within 3 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, the order is locked for production and can no longer be changed or canceled.

Refund & Replacement Policy

Our priority is your satisfaction. Instead of requiring returns, we offer refunds or replacements to resolve any issues with your order. You may keep the original item.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution, so we recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives.

How to Submit a Claim

To help us process your request quickly, please follow these steps:

1. Provide Photo Proof
Clear photo evidence of the issue is required. Please ensure the image is well-lit and clearly shows the defect or problem. Claims without photos may not be reviewed.

2. Contact Support
Email us at support@pawzumo.com with your photo(s) and specify whether you prefer a replacement or a refund.

3. Wait for Response
Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

Replacement (Remake) Process

If your request qualifies for a replacement, our team will provide you with an updated production and delivery timeframe. Once your replacement has shipped, you will receive a tracking update via email.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account. If you do not see the refund after this period, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

  • You may choose either a refund or a replacement, not both.
  • Only one resolution method will be applied per order.
