SHIPPING & HANDLING
All items are made-to-order. This means each product is individually crafted or printed only after your order is placed, ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (Pacific Standard Time), excluding major postal holidays such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using one of our trusted carriers, including UPS Mail Innovations, USPS, DHL, UniUni, or YunExpress, depending on your location and the most efficient delivery option available.
We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience from production to delivery.
TRACKING & DELIVERY UPDATES
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. We will also send you updates along the way, so please keep an eye on your inbox for the latest information.
Please allow 2–5 business days for the shipping carrier to scan your package and update the tracking system. If you do not see any updates after this period, feel free to contact our Customer Support team — we’ll be happy to assist you in locating your order.
Shipping options may vary depending on your location and the items purchased, including both standard and express delivery.
In some cases, especially for international shipments, your package may be transferred to a local carrier for the final delivery. Because of this, tracking updates may be limited or unavailable at certain stages of the journey.
While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to factors such as transportation schedules, weather conditions, or high demand during peak seasons. For the most accurate delivery status, please refer to your tracking information.

SHIPPING ADDRESS & DELIVERY ISSUES
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you contact the final delivery carrier after your order has left our facility to request a redirect or forwarding, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delays that may occur as a result.
Some carriers, such as USPS, may deliver to P.O. Boxes. However, other carriers may not support this and could leave your package in a safe location like your front door, porch, or garage. We recommend retrieving your package as soon as possible to prevent theft or loss. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer compensation for packages lost due to mail theft.
Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, or if your shipment appears delayed for an extended period, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. We will assist you in investigating and resolving the issue.
